Bell's
brewery
During a rebrand for Bell's Brewery, I stepped in to help with imagery in what was one of the most challenging projects that has come across my desk.
While pixel imagery does not translate well to direct blanket transfer can printing, Bell's imagery was so iconic and historic that we had to figure out a way to make it work to print on cans.
Because a quick swap to CMYK color makes a muddy mess in this form of printing, I decided to separate out all colors to convert to 6 print stations, not have any colors overlap, and choose spot colors to come as close to the reproducing the artwork colors as possible.
After months of work, press checks, tweaks and working closely with Ball printing & canning, the final products turned out stunning, shocked the clients after bad past attempts, and won multiple printing awards.

ALL THE HATS
A potential international client had a need for a redesign of a frozen line of new chicken products, requiring multiple skus of brand new photography.
The budget was next to nothing, and my company obliged in order to win over a large piece of future business.
I taught myself how to cook fried chicken, propped and styled the entire shoot, photographed the product environments and retouched the images for final delivery.
We won their business and continued on to do many more projects with this ecstatic client.

photoshop, for the win
A freelance client of mine wanted to have beautiful and robust lines of bridesmaids dresses, but as a start-up, were on a tight budget.
I guided them through the photography of one of each dress in each product line to be able to translate them all into the full color offerings for each line.
Using Photoshop, I was able to save tens of thousands of dollars for my client by using Photoshop, with very specifically art directed photography, to color change each line to not only produce beautiful and realistic imagery, but have consistency within the e-commerce imagery as customers browsed and clicked on each dress in all the color offerings.
